Aid Stations

Where will they be located?

Aid Stations will be available along the course at the following locations:

9km: Castor Bay
18km: Castor Bay & Murrays Bay
28km: Castor Bay, Murrays Bay & Browns Bay
40km: Castor Bay, Murrays Bay, Browns Bay & Long Bay

What you'll find at the Aid Stations

Athletes are expected to carry their own nutrition and hydration throughout the event. However, limited support will be available at aid stations.

Hydration
- Water — always available. Local public toilets and drinking fountains are accessible along the route.
- Electrolyte Mix — this will be pre-mixed in big jugs.
- BYO Collapsible Cup — you must bring your own cup or soft flask; no disposable cups will be provided.

Energy / Food
- Gummy Mix Lollies
- Muesli Bars
- Salted Crisps

Support & Essentials
- Lubricant – Vaseline tubs available at each station.
- Basic First Aid kits
- Phone & Radio
- Waste Management – rubbish bags provided. Athletes must carry any rubbish with them until the aid stations. Littering on the course will be an instant disqualification.
- Sunscreen – SPF 50+ available to each aid station.
- Emergency Blankets – available at the start and finish line
